These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to https://freedom-brothers.com and any services provided by Freedom Brothers, LLC ("Company," "we," or "us"), located at 1922 K Street, Anchorage, AK 99503. By using our website, communicating with us (including via chat), or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Services

We provide marketing services for home service contractors, which may include review generation, Google Business Profile management, website design and hosting, local SEO, SMS and email communications support, and related consulting. Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees are defined in a separate proposal, statement of work, or service agreement ("Service Agreement") when you become a client.

Eligibility

You represent that you are at least 18 years old and have authority to bind the business on whose behalf you contact us or purchase services. You agree to provide accurate contact and business information.

Website and communications

Our website and chat widget are provided for business inquiries. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt our systems, or submit unlawful or misleading information.

SMS and email

If you provide a mobile number through our chat widget and consent to messaging, you agree to receive texts as described in the widget disclosure. Messages are primarily for customer care, appointments, review requests, and related service communications. Where you consent, we may also send low-volume marketing or promotional SMS and email. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of SMS; reply HELP for help. Email marketing includes an unsubscribe option.

Client responsibilities

When using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate business information and timely approvals
• Maintain access to accounts we need to perform work (Google Business Profile, website CMS, etc.)
• Comply with Google's review and business profile policies, applicable SMS/email marketing laws (including TCPA and CAN-SPAM), and all other applicable regulations
• Not use our tools to solicit fake reviews or misrepresent your business

Fees and payment

Fees, billing cycles, and payment methods are specified in your Service Agreement. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable once a billing period has begun. Late payments may result in suspension of services.

Intellectual property

We retain ownership of our proprietary methods, templates, and pre-existing materials. Upon full payment, clients typically receive rights to custom website content and assets created specifically for them as outlined in the Service Agreement. You grant us a license to use your business name, logo, and materials as needed to perform services and showcase work in our portfolio unless you opt out in writing.

Third-party platforms

Our work often depends on third-party platforms such as Google, Meta, hosting providers, CRM and messaging platforms (including GoHighLevel / LeadConnector), and messaging carriers. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, or account actions taken by those platforms. You are responsible for maintaining compliant use of your accounts.

Disclaimer of warranties

Our website and services are provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee specific search rankings, review counts, lead volume, or revenue outcomes. Marketing results depend on many factors outside our control, including competition, market conditions, and your operations.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Freedom Brothers, LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenue. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amounts you paid us in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your business operations, your content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of applicable law or third-party rights.

Termination

Either party may terminate a Service Agreement as specified therein. We may suspend or terminate website access or services for non-payment or material breach. Sections that by nature should survive termination (including payment obligations, intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitations of liability) will survive.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alaska, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Alaska, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance.
